Apply to Trade, Perform or Volunteer

Applications to Trade or Perform at Ourgasm Festival at Night Tales, London on the 27th of May 2024 will close by 05 May 2024. We will contact all applicants within one week of applying with the outcome of their application.

Pitches are not allocated on a first-come first served basis. We assess each application on its own merit so we ask for as much information as possible including photographs of products.

The presentation and appearance of your stall is important as is the goods you are proposing to sell. All products need to be Sex-Positive in nature. The application process requires you to upload photos of your products. Applications with no photos/sketches are incomplete and will not go through to the selection process. We look for creative and aesthetically pleasing stalls which fit in with the ethics of the Festival and are keen for the Festival Markets to be full of good quality food/products, at a fair price. When applying, please ensure stall and pitch sizes are accurate and mention if you will need to have a power source. We need to know precisely what space you require – do not guess. We use the information you give us to plan our market areas and are unable to make changes once space has been allocated. We request four measurements from you – stall width and depth and pitch width and depth. Stall sizes must include your trading structure and any additional kitchen/preparation area you may have. Alongside your application, we ask you to attach a good-quality profile picture and your logo. Should your application be successful you will have a feature on our website and our social media promoting your brand or practice. Workshops and educators will need to send their lesson plan/ content and the length of time you will need to set up, conduct workshop or lesson and pack down time.

Email your proposal/application  or CV with all required documentation required from traders to ourgasmfestival@gmail.com

In your application, we would ask that you give details of everything you wish to sell onsite. Successful applicants will be advised in their Offer to Trade of any products listed on their application that cannot be sold. We are very careful to minimise product clashes across site and selling products without prior authorisation from the organisers will be a breach of contract. Any food sold must be sold in compostable or eco-conscious packaging Traders are not permitted to sell alcohol including for example brandy coffee or Grand Marnier crepes.

Each pitch is priced individually therefore it is difficult to provide a reliable estimation of the price of a pitch until we have completed our selection process. Prices are based on a number of factors including (but not exclusively) the location, the trading space, the prices and types of products being sold and the number of staff passes allocated. All stallholders will have to bring their own tables, chairs, and extension leads should they need electricity.
We only have a limited amount of space and tickets available for market traders therefore if you are successful; you may be allocated a different amount of space or tickets than requested in your application. A rough idea of pricing is as follows

1m x 2m =£75

2m x 2m =£100

Full payment has to be made to secure your pitch

If you are on low income and need financial assistance please mention this is your application. We want this to be accessible to all and will never turn anyone away for lack of funds

Use of the Ourgasm logo, name and/or images (for example the Banana etc) on any goods or promotional material is strictly prohibited. This applies to social media, websites and press coverage. With regards to promoting your pitch, we will send you the material you are able to add to your social media advertising only.
