CONTACT/accessibility
At Ourgasm, we aim to create a space where everyone feels welcome, safe, and supported. We are continually working to make our events and venues as accessible as possible.
Here’s what you can expect:
Step-Free Access- Ramps are in place for the two areas that have steps (3 steps)
The venue is 97% on one level, making it wheelchair- and mobility-aid friendly.
Accessible Toilets
We have fully accessible, gender-neutral toilets both inside and outside the venue.
If you need assistance locating them, our guardians or stewards in pink high viz are always happy to help.
Seating & Rest Areas
There is seating throughout the venue, including in social areas, performance spaces, and quieter zones.
Shaded areas and chilled, low-lit spaces are available for those who may feel overstimulated or need time to decompress.
Neurodivergent-Friendly Features
We offer low-stimulation areas where lighting and sound are minimal.
Staff and guardians are briefed to support neurodivergent guests and can provide further information if you’d like help navigating the space.
Our door team offers a vibe check on arrival to ensure you’re welcomed in a way that works for you. If you feel nervous or need extra care, just let us know—we’ve got you.
Sound & Lighting
We do not use strobe lighting or other flashing lights during performances. There is music and performances on/ playing all day and night.
Earplugs are available at the door or the welfare desk.
Communication & Support
If you use a communication device or need assistance communicating, please get in touch to let us know how best to support you.
You’re welcome to bring a support worker or access assistant—please let us know in advance so we can offer a complimentary ticket.
